I honestly have no clue how this place stays in business. I never see anything sold, just people checking out the toys/ chairs.

Neat stuff, but it seems like every time I check something out it goes something like:

“That’s cool, a keyboard with a palm-cooling fan. Holy, $499 for a keyboard!?!?!”

That’s how they stay in business. If they sell a $400 keyboard when it only costs them $5 to buy they make a massive profit even if they only sell a few.

Does anyone ever actually buy anything there though? I get massive mark-ups to sell stuff (Looking at you, Apple!) but someone has to buy it. I swear I have never seen anyone actually buy something, just go in and browse, play with the toys and leave. No clue how they afford rent (Malls aren’t cheap) and labor to have 2-5 people stand around for 12 hours a day and stay in business.

Maybe that explains their 2014 bankruptcy... But how did they make it out?
